Companies such as the [[http://www.alibabagroup.com/|Alibaba Group]], the largest online trading platform in the world (and also the largest IT company in the world) and [[http://en.wahaha.com.cn/|Wahaha]], the Chinese counterpart to Coca-Cola, are based here. The software industry is strongly represented in Hangzhou, e.g. in the field of virtual reality. Many computer-animated Hollywood films also come from computer farms in Hangzhou.
