The country calling code has to be placed before the area code and the subscriber number when making a phone call from abroad.
An IDD Prefix (International Direct Dialling Prefix) or international call prefix or dial out code is a trunk prefix used to select an international telephone circuit for placing an international call. GSM mobile phones will automatically replace the “+” with the corresponding IDD Prefix.
